I am looking for information about the famlies of Abraham Greathouse of Georgia. His daughter, Emily Greathouse married Sterling Johnson (b 1810 NC). They had three sons, Abram A, Julius C, and George W all born in Georgia. The boys lived with their maternal grandmother Nancy Greathouse after their parents died. I think Nancy Greathouse married a Thomas Glass after Abraham died. Julius and George moved to Macon Co., Alabama near their Uncle Iredell Johnston's family. I do not know what happened to Abram Johnson.
Emmett Johnston, son of Julius C Johns(t)on, married Martha/Mattie Greathouse, daughter of Melvin Greathouse and Victoria Barker.
I'd like to hear from anyone who has any ideas or information for me!
