Queries / lost grandfather
« on: October 09, 2006, 12:35:41 AM »
I have not found who my grandfather was as yet. I believe my father Harry James was born in Bath Ill. I know he had one real brother,One sister, an adopted brother or step brother(not sure of which) and perhaps more family but of these I know. I am seventy yrs. now and would enjoy finding out which leg of the  Greathouse tree I fell from. My father died in 1939 and is interned at Waterlou Iowa. in the county cemetary I am trying to get a death cirtificate of my fathers death, hoping that his fathers name will be on it. but have not heard from the Iowa state on it so far. possible it got lost in the mail, as you must pay for the copy. Not much of a way to trace, other than just ordering again. and its not cheap. Just thought I would put in some information on me.

Sandra will be missed by all that had contact with her. It is with deep sadness that I pass on our love and prayers. As long as Greathouse Point is here Sandra is with us and not forgotten.
