Emma Dell Greathouse

I am looking for an Emma Dell Greathouse born 02-17-63 in Tyler Tx.

Her father was Bobby Quitman Greathouse ( deceased )
Her mother was Phylis Haynes ( Greathouse) I can find no marriage records. Mothers name is not listed on this web site.
There is another daughter of Bobby's that was relinquished for adoption while he was in military.

Any help would be appreciated.
