To all Whom it may Concern or These Preasents Come Greeting Know ye That we Harmon greathouse & Mary Greathouse formerly Mary Stull both at preasent of the County of Ohio in the State of Virginia for Divers good Causes and Considerations us thereunto moving but More effectaly Trusting in the Provadent Care and good Management of Margret White widder & relect of Petter White Which Margret Was formerly Margreat Stull of the County of Frederick and State of Maryland do by these Preasents Constitute appoint & ordain the Said Margaret White our Well beloved friend our free and lawfull Attorney in our Names to take into his possession all Moneys goods weairs & Marchindise all lands Tenniments & hereiditorments to us belonging by Decent gift or otherwise Acquetances to give in our Names Sute or Sutes to Commence one or more attorney or attorneys in our names to Imploy to Plead and Implead, Judgements to obtain and Execution or Executions to Sue forth & in all Singular the management of Every thing and things act and acts that may arise accrue or be nessesseary to make use of in our names for the Recovoury of all Debts due, Contracts moneys Lands Slaves goods or other property due us or Either of us by decent or other wise the Same having so done We do hereby Testify and Confirm to be our acttual deed as tho the Same had ben don in our actual proper Persons ratifying & Confirming the same to all intents and Porposes in witness Wheareof We the Said Harmon Greathouse & Mary Greithouse hath here unto Set our hands and Seals this 2d day of october 1786.
