1743, Jun 11 - Land: Page to Weiser, Adjoining Henry Groothonson

Excerpt from Lancaster County Deed Book B, Page 566:

Beginning at a Smal Hickory marked at a corner of the mannor and from thence extending by land of the sd. Wm Allen North Forty Degrees East 114 perches to a Post at a corner of other part of the mannor lately Granted to John Boyer thence East Fifty Degrees West fifty nine perches to a marked Chesnut and north Seventy Degree West one Hundred and four perches to a Post Then by other part of the mannor lately surveyed for Henry Groothonson South South west 114 perches to a Post and north fifty Degrees West 178 perches to a marked black oak at a corner of land lately granted to George For thence by the same West North West two perches to a Black oak at a corner of other part of the mannor lately granted to Margaret Cobolson thence by the same South South west 92 perches to a marked Hickory in Line of other part of the mannor lately granted to the Conrad Weiser.

347a-Plumton Manor: Corner of manor, William Allen, lately gr. to John Boyer, lately surv. for Henry Groethonsen, lately gr. to George Fer(?), lately gr. to Margaret Cobelson, lately gr. to Conrad Weiser.

Part of 5,165a. pat. 17 Sep 1735 to John Page on Tulpehocken Cr.-adj. owner: William Allen. John Page's attorneys, William Allen, Wm. Webb & Samuel Powell all of Phila were grantors.
